New head of property management and investor services |

Cushman & Wakefield, the global property consultant, have announced that it has appointed Markus Reinert as a partner and head of property management and investor services for the EMEA region. His home base will be in Frankfurt. Markus will join Cushman & Wakefield in July after 22 years at Jones Lang LaSalle in Germany where he was a member of the Management Board. He was the International Director responsible for property & asset management, shopping centre management and for overseeing valuation and project and development services. Markus was also a member of the EMEA Property and Asset Management Leadership Board. At Cushman & Wakefield, Markus will be responsible for leading and developing the firm’s property management and investor services capability across Europe which is an integral part of the Firm’s global Corporate Occupier and Investor Services (CIS) group. He will also join the German Management Board. Paul Bacon, CEO of Cushman & Wakefield in EMEA said; “Markus is a true market leader in his field and the depth of expertise and experience he will bring to the role will help us achieve our strategic goal to significantly develop and enhance our property management and investor services capability across the EMEA region.” John C. This team will ensure a consistent delivery of property management and investor services in all the key global markets.
