Yields in the buy-to-let market average between 5% and 6% and for some property types can reach 10%. Given that interest rates continue to sit stubbornly at 0.5%, keeping a lid on savings rates which languish below inflation, buy-to-let looks increasingly attractive for investors.
However, as with any investment there are risks attached and it is important to do your homework in order to make the most of opportunities in the market.
To help you out, leading finance news and analysis site Every Investor has put together a FREE guide on the buy-to-let market. Written by editor Sarah Davidson and two industry experts, the guide features detailed analysis of the market as well as key factors for potential investors to consider.
