New company search took from Isle of Man Finance

The Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission has announced the roll out of its new Companies Registry Internet Search Facility, a web-based search tool providing information on companies based in Isle of Man, overseas companies registered in the Isle of Man, LLCs and Business Names.

The Online Public View Search Facility enables individuals to search company records, check the availability of company names and submit applications to reserve a company name. On the Isle of Man as in UK, private companies are not required to file financial information but all filings from public companies (including their accounts) are accessible online.

Jane Dellar, Head of Isle of Man Finance welcomes the new system, It gives users a great opportunity to access information in an electronic format in a quick and simple way rather than paying a search agent to do the job.
