The auction is run by Barnett Ross, one of the UK’s largest independent auction houses and there are independent lawyers, currency and mortgage experts available on the day to give advice. To keep things simple, the properties are priced in euros. You will simply have to pay a 10% reservation fee on the day with 8 weeks to complete the transaction.
