(Doors open at 10.30am). - Properties from across the Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca, Costa Calida and Costa Almeria - Brand new and key-ready, never been occupied - Reserve prices set at discounts of up to 50% - Some properties offered with no reserve price - 10% reservation fee payable on the day with expert advice from lawyers, finance and currency experts - Free to attend Full details of the properties to be auctioned are available to view now. The auction is run by Barnett Ross, one of the UK’s largest independent auction houses and there are independent lawyers, currency and mortgage experts available on the day to give advice. To keep things simple, the properties are priced in euros. You will simply have to pay a 10% reservation fee on the day with 8 weeks to complete the transaction.
