Pafilia Property Developers has launched its first project in Crete.
Called Almyrida Seaview, it is situated just 150m from a sandy beach. Each property in Almyrida Seaview will have unobstructed views of both Souda Bay and the White Mountains, creating a highly desirable project in one of the greenest areas of Northern Crete. According to Demetris Prodromou, UK & Ireland sales manager, “This new direction has come about as a result of customer requests for properties in Crete. It offers great potential for beachfront properties and we chose Almyrida both for this reason and for its natural beauty and location. It is an attractive proposition for those seeking investment, or a new life in the sun, with easy access to good hospitals, schools, amenities and leisure pursuits.” A small complex of six spacious residential units, Almyrida Seaview consists of two 3 bedroom semi-detached (from 121m2 covered area) and four 2 bedroom terraced (from 94m2 covered area) houses set around an elevated communal pool. All have large verandas and have been designed both to optimise space and use modern design blended with some traditional Cretan elements, such as decorative stone walls. All the units feature high quality standard interior and exterior finishes, fittings and accessories, such as marble staircases, “spatula” internal and grafiato external finishes. As with all Pafilia properties, particular attention has been paid to creating beautifully landscaped communal areas that enhance the architecture as well as blending with the local environment.
