Turks
& Caicos Islands
Sugar
white sands and turquoise seas are on your doorstep at the
new Grace Bay ocean front condominium development on Providenciales
island: ‘The Pavilions’.
Situated
on nearly 10 acres of land and featuring four classic Caribbean
style low rise buildings – named after orchids –
all units have large terraces with high ceilings.
Appliances
include convection/microwave oven and washer/dryer. Many units
feature a ‘lock off’ facility where one bedroom
of a two bedroom converts to a separate self-contained studio.
An optional
rental pool is available, but it is envisaged that many of
the 174 owners will take up fulltime residency. Amenities
range from two swimming pools and a health spa to tennis courts
and a water sports centre (catamarans, kayaks, snorkelling,
parasailing etc).
Building
standards are high. Phase one of three is has officially opened;
completion of The Pavilions resort is scheduled for the summer
of 2006.
