France – rural Gascony
Restoring an 18th century farmhouse in France may
not be to everyone’s taste but if any project serves

Bulgaria
Recently launched at the Bulgarian Embassy in London
is a modern marina development on Bulgaria’s Black Sea
Coast. Built in traditional Thracian style but with all the
mod cons, added extras include a private beach. There are
also five swimming pools, a fitness centre and a number of
bars and restaurants. Each of the 550 studios, apartments
and villas has air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms
plus either a balcony or patio. The majority have sea views.
Although Bulgarian buying procedures need special care as
in any emerging market, scheduled accession to the EU in 2007
will help to align the buying process more closely with the
EU.
